Celebration of Flavors
Join Friends of Meridian on Friday, February 27, 2026, for the 5th Annual International Celebration of Flavors: Sips, Samples & Silent Auction—an evening of global bites, drinks, and community fun! This adult's kick-off event for Meridian's International Week hosted by the Friends of Meridian!
This year, we’re taking your taste buds on a trip around the world with food and drinks representing six regions: Thailand, Portugal, Mexico, Italy, Ethiopia, and Canada. Enjoy a hand-picked selection of wines curated by a former sommelier (and Meridian 2nd grade parent!) along with a variety of spirit-free options. Enjoy dishes and challenges from area restaurants, local chefs, and the event chef!
Even if you can't attend the International Celebration of Flavors, check out (and share) the silent auction for amazing opportunities like breakfast and a ride to school with RRPD, wine tasting experiences, Austin FC home game tickets, and more!
Bids close Friday at 8:30 p.m., and you can pick up winning items at the event or Monday, March 2 at Meridian.
